Since 2021, Tremor and Arquipélago – Centro de Artes Contemporâneas have been developing Ciclo, a non-formal education project aimed at professionals and individuals interested in arts and culture who live or work in the Azores. Through open calls for applications, it promotes the exchange of knowledge with guest trainers, focusing on tools related to management, production, cultural programming and artistic creation.
In its early editions, Ciclo addressed topics such as artistic creation, communication, cultural programming and production, funding, social media and curation. In 2024, it entered a new phase, centred on the creation of a collective performance, with artistic training and direction by Chullage. In 2025, under the mentorship of Raquel Castro, the project explored the relationship between sound and sonic ecology in greater depth, culminating in an installation/performance at Arquipélago.
