Terms and Conditions Name our new space

1 - The contest

1.1 The “Name our new space”contest aims to offer two tickets to the 2025 edition of the Tremor Festival, which takes place between April 8th and 12th 2025, on the island of São Miguel, in the Azores. The invitations exclude participation in the Tremor-Todo-o-Terreno activities;

1.2 The contest runs from 12:00 on March 3rd until 16:00 on March 16th 2025;

1.3 To participate, you must fill out the Google form created and publicised for this purpose, with your contact details and your suggested name for the new space. Proposals submitted via other channels will not be accepted;

1.4. The name to be proposed must be in Portuguese and have a maximum of two words. Entries must comply with the rules set out in these regulations. Failure to comply with the rules will result in disqualification;

1.5. Plutão Camaleão reserves the right to use the winning name in any way it sees fit, and no copyright of any kind will apply;

1.6.  The winner is chosen by the artistic direction of Tremor Festival;

1.7 If several entries in the contest suggest the same chosen name, the winner will be drawn at random, using automatic tools for this purpose - random.org or sorteiogram.com or others, and announced on Tremor Festival's social networks and on its website www.tremor-pdl.com;

1.8. Only one valid entry per person is permitted;

1.9 Proposals with inappropriate language will be excluded from the contest.

2 - Eligible participants

2.1 All entries must be made by people over 16 years of age;

2.2 Any person who works for, collaborates with or is a member of the Plutão Camaleão Cultural Association, Tremor Festival and Silêncio Sonoro Cultural Association is excluded from the contest;

2.3 Participation in the contest implies full knowledge and unreserved acceptance of the rules set out in these regulations.

3 - Winner

3.1. The winner will be notified via email up to ten days after the final day of the contest;

3.2 Only the winning entry will be contacted by the organisation;

3.3 If no confirmation/claim for the prize is received within 72 hours, Plutão Camaleão will: a) cancel the delivery of tickets to the winner; or b) carry out a new draw in the event that the same name has been suggested by one or more entries. In either case, the people involved will be notified via email.

4 - Prize and attribution

4.1. The prize is two tickets to the 2025 edition of Tremor Festival, which takes place between the 8th and 12th of April on the island of São Miguel. The tickets exclude participation in the Tremor-Todo-o-Terreno activities;

4.2. The festival's team will contact you via email, explaining the procedure for accessing the tickets;

4.3. The prize only refers to the show and/or event associated with the contest and is for personal use only and cannot be passed on to others.

5 - More information

5.1 This contest is not promoted by or in any way associated with the company Metaverse.

5.2 Plutão Camaleão reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify the participant in question after verifying any violation of these Rules or any evidence of fraudulent participation and to proceed with a new draw;

5.3 Plutão Camaleão reserves the optional right to amend these Rules, provided that such amendments are justified and do not jeopardise the participants;

5.4 Unless expressly authorised by the participants, the personal data provided will be used exclusively for the purposes of the contest, delivery of the prize, as well as for communications following the end of the contest;

5.5. The name chosen in this contest will be used to name a new cultural space in Ponta Delgada, which will serve as a home for the various projects of the associations Plutão Camaleão (Tremor Festival) and Silêncio Sonoro (Yuzin - Agenda Cultural);
