FAÍSCA is an open call from Tremor Festival, which aims to integrate artists and bands into the festival programme from March 24th to 28th, 2026. Aimed at bands and artists who live and work in the Azores islands, FAÍSCA fulfils Tremor’s ongoing mission to stimulate and create new windows of visibility for new music made in the Azores.
Proposals may be submitted until November 14th, 2025, at 23:59 (GMT-1). Proposals must be submitted by completing the Google Forms application form. Proposals submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Tremor is not responsible for failures in the proper submission of the form, and artists and bands submitting proposals must ensure that files are uploaded correctly and that size and character limits are respected. The completion of the form implies the submission of promotional materials, technical and hospitality riders, and other relevant information about the history of the project and the team associated with it.
Any questions regarding the FAÍSCA open call can be sent to info@tremor-pdl.com until November 7th, 2025, at 18:00 (GMT-1), with the subject line “FAÍSCA 2026”. Emails sent after that date and time will not be replied to.
If necessary, the Jury reserves the right to request additional information from the applicants. There will be no appeal against the Jury’s decision on the admission and selection of proposals. The Jury will not provide qualitative or quantitative assessments resulting from the evaluation of proposals for this call. Any situations not covered by these regulations will be resolved by Plutão Camaleão, the organiser of the Tremor Festival. The results will be communicated by email and subsequently announced publicly on the festival’s digital platforms and in the media.
