Boca Cheia is a project that brings together history, oral tradition and gastronomy, offering a guided visit to Vila Verde, a traditional 19th-century Azorean farm, followed by a tasting prepared by the hosts. It is a journey between past and present, creating a connection with local culture and flavours, particularly the shiitake mushrooms produced on the farm.
