Boca Cheia is a project that brings together history, oral tradition, and gastronomy, offering a guided tour of Vila Verde, a traditional 19th-century Azorean farm, followed by a tasting prepared by the hosts. It's a journey between the past and the present, providing a connection with the local culture and flavors, particularly the shiitake mushrooms produced on the farm.

Activity Description:

• The meeting point is in the parish garden, where participants will be welcomed by the hosts, who will provide headphones for each guest.

  
  

• From there, the group is invited on a discovery walk through the farm, accompanied by an audio narration that shares the site's history and reflections on the island’s agricultural traditions.

  
  

• At the end of the visit, guests will enjoy a tasting lunch, including a starter with homemade pâtés, mushroom pie, and salad, followed by dessert. Drinks include tea, flavored water, and a glass of white or red wine.
