Back
On the eve of the start of Tremor, we’ve gathered practical information to help those joining the festival prepare for the experience over the coming days.
Wristband exchange
All tickets must be exchanged for wristbands to ensure access to activities. Exchanges take place at Portas do Mar, with extended hours between March 23 and 28, varying according to the type of pass — general, weekly, or weekend.
General pass and week pass
23.03, 12:00 – 20:00 – Portas do Mar, Ponta Delgada
24–28.03, 12:00 – 00:00 – Portas do Mar, Ponta Delgada
Weekend pass
27–28.03, 12:00 – 00:00 – Portas do Mar, Ponta Delgada
Cashless payments
Tremor will once again operate on a cashless basis: all purchases are made using the wristband, equipped with a personal QR code. After activation via mobile phone, it is possible to top up credit via MB Way, Multibanco, bank cards, or digital platforms such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Top-ups can also be made at stations available within the venue.
Multiple venues, different capacities
As a multi-venue festival, Tremor takes place across different locations with varying capacities. To facilitate circulation, a capacity tracking system has been implemented, available via the app, website, and on-site signage. Specific accessibility information can be consulted online.
Official app as a guide
The festival’s app is an essential tool: it allows users to create favorites lists, receive real-time notifications, check maps, and explore artists and surprise concerts.
Sustainability in focus
Environmental commitment remains central. In partnership with Sociedade Ponto Verde, the festival is reinforcing recycling points. Free water will also be available at venues, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups.
