An intensive collaborative musical exploration workshop, targeted at musical and social agents who work with communities. The goal is to spark the intersection between everyone, in an informal and participative setting. 

Musical skills will be developed in their relationship with leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, creativity, and teaching & learning processes.

The group will work on rhythm, harmony, melody, improvisation, riffs and patterns, and the use of words and extra musical resources in this context. 

This approach aims to create an inclusive social and musical journey; create a learning environment based on mutual trust and respect, in which all participants are encouraged to develop: communication, social and interpersonal skills, musical skills, and creative skills.
