COZINHA COMUNITÁRIA is a differentiating gastronomic experience based on the organization of a collective dinner, where menus will be prepared based on the traditional recipes of the village of Rabo de Peixe, as well as others, more contemporary, that respond to new eating habits. Cooking will be the responsibility of a team that combines the know-how transmitted from generation to generation with the most specialized cooking practice, but without ever losing sight of the typicality of homemade food.
Receitas do Baú is a set of gastronomic experiences that aim to safeguard and enhance the gastronomic heritage in the village of Rabo de Peixe, Ribeira Grande, Azores. In this edition of Tremor the VidAçor Association joins the project De Fenais a Fenais - Cultura Matriz do Desenvolvimento Local as a facilitator of collaborative community processes for gastronomy. A gastronomic experience based on regional recipes, with local products and cooked by its people. To be part of this experience is to sit at the table, safeguard, value and savor the heritage of a territory of excellence, Rabo de Peixe.
